I'm interested in a horse which has been placed on six of her seven starts. She's also been placed on six of her seven starts at this six furlong distance. That sequence includes four wins, including last time out in a super-competitive Newbury handicap (Class 2, 16 runners), and she looks ready to make this step up in class, having already placed in a Group 3 last season.
Hallelujah progressed from first to second start last term, and even a repeat of her last performance might be good enough to win this. 7/2 is being taken, and she looks fair value at those odds to see off a group of largely exposed (with the exception of the favourite, Professor) horses. Win only, 7/2, BOG, with plenty of firms.
